The Grand Prize draw has a value of over $1200! It includes the following:

The grand prize draw will take place on September 22nd, 2024 during our FREE Equinox Party. The following terms and conditions apply:

• Attendance at each of the grand opening week’s free sampler events earn participants one entry into the draw.

• Maximum one draw entry per person per event.

• Participants must complete an entry form and provide their email address and phone number.

• You do not have to be in attendance at the Equinox Party to win- winner will be notified.

• Collaborators are not eligible to apply.

• Only ages 14+ are eligible to enter. Those ages 14-17 must have parental consent to accept the prize and attend services.

• No cash value.

• Once the prize is accepted, it cannot be transferred (you may decline the prize, at which time another name will be drawn).

• All services must be used within 6 months of the draw date.
