Like most people living in the 21st century in North America, Linda began to notice the detriments to her health and happiness brought on by an accumulation of stress. In 2015, she was motivated to initiate a search on how to eliminate the stress or at the very least adjust how she was reacting to it. She happened across a meditation and mindfulness class that was being offered in her area and without any preconceived notions of what she was getting herself into, she simply signed up. She immediately observed benefits including increased clarity, more compassion and a sense of trust in herself and her life path.
Through mindfulness and meditation, she discovered that the secret to happiness can only be found within and we all have the capacity for happiness. This truth has captivated her into nurturing others to find their own inner peace and contentment through meditation and sound healing.
