Carla Hoogenboom

Hi, I’m Carla.  I’m a dedicated yoga instructor specializing in pre and postnatal yoga, and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. My journey has led me to embrace multiple roles: childbirth and lactation educator, birth doula, Reiki Master, and meditation coach.

I find deep joy in creating and holding sacred spaces—whether it’s through sound baths, birth story circles, blessingways (or mother blessings), women’s circles, or moon circles. These practices are not just my work, but my calling, allowing me to support and uplift women at every stage of their journey.

Home is just south of Strathmore at The Hoogstead, where I share a peaceful life with my wonderful husband, our children, two dogs, four cats (two indoor, two outdoor), and a flock of happy chickens.
