My journey with Reiki began years ago, as I sought to connect more profoundly with the energies that shape our lives. This sacred practice has become a cornerstone of my holistic approach to wellness, where I combine gentle energy work with intuitive guidance to help others rediscover their innate balance and vitality.
In my sessions, I create a nurturing and serene environment where clients can release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote physical healing. Beyond the hands-on practice, I will end sessions with a mini sound bath. I also offer guidance on incorporating Reiki principles into everyday life, empowering you to continue your healing journey beyond our time together.
