SOYA 200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Come and enjoy SOYA’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training – near Calgary, AB in Strathmore – Weekend program. Meeting in person over 8 weekends. This will be hosted at Root to Crown Connection Centre, 235, 3rd Avenue, in the charming community of Strathmore, AB, located 30 minutes east of Calgary.
SOYA’s curriculum will help you to excel at your yoga teaching and your yoga lifestyle. This style of program is an excellent choice for those who cannot get away for the longer immersion program. Meeting over several weekends gives you the time to learn more gradually and put the studies into practice before the next session.
For anyone travelling a distance to attend, billeting may be possible at ~ $30/night; contact Rebecca for other accommodation recommendations.
Training Times
Weekend meetings are approximately twice a month, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

7:00 am morning Kriyas, Meditation, Pranayama
8:15 am Asana class
10:00 am Philosophy session
12:00 pm Lunch
12:30 pm Asana Lab/ Lesson Plan Creation
5:15 pm Meditation, Mantra, Chanting and Pranayama
6:00 pm Close for the day
