Workshop: Chakra Healing and Reiki Infusion
When: Sunday October 20th
Time: 2:00-4:30pm
Facilitator: Amber Flowers - The Crystal Candle Co.
Cost: $49 (sliding scale options are available)
Please join Amber Flowers as we engage with our energetic chakra systems for an afternoon of introspection, relaxation, meditation, sound healing, yoga, and energetic healing techniques that are designed to support, connect, and uplift the human spirit. This class is suitable for all levels and no prior experience is necessary. This class is particularly ideal for a person that may be interested in an alternative perspective to cope and digest the human life experiences. We will dive deeply into all 7 chakras and their accompanying crystal healing bowl sound. The use of essential oils will also be used and the yoga portion of class will focus on gentle Yin & Restorative Yoga. This class will be a beautiful experience intended to create a refuge from the stressors of life so that we may enter back feeling stronger in all aspects: physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. A must attend event!
