Workshop: The 7 Chakras

I will introduce the concept of chakras, which are energy centers within the body. The class typically covers the seven main chakras, each associated with different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives. Participants will also learn what basic crystals go with each chakra. Participants will learn about the location, color, and function of each chakra, as well as techniques to balance and align them through crystals, meditation, visualization, and various other activities. The goal is to enhance overall well-being by promoting a balanced flow of energy throughout the body.
