Cleo Beaulieu

Namaste, my name is Cleo, a devoted Indigenous Wellness Practitioner who believes in the power of good medicine and ceremony.

I am a yoga instructor, energy healer, poet and one who surrenders to beauty and would love to be a guide for you to witness yours. I am grateful to have trained with Pedro Franco in a 200HR Hatha YTT based on Tantric Philosophy, also a certified Reiki Practitioner. My classes and private sessions are channelled intuitively with the guidance of Spirit. With whispers to my devotional heart, I offer a medicinal experience with heart-based teaching. If you are moved to share space with me, I am dedicated to meeting you where you are at in a space devoted to being as you are. We will come together to experience what it is to be truly embodied by breath, movement, and spiritual nourishment. Woven in the wisdom of Yoga and Indigenous knowledge my practice will create considerable spiritual light, it will be inspiring, uplifting, empowering and deeply nurturing. My roots are planted in the northern prairies of Alberta, where I found the practice of yoga 20 years ago, becoming certified in 2014. I am new to the Strathmore area and with a zest for community, I am delighted to be here with each of you. Meet you in the medicine
